How do I get help with students

  1. If a student is unable to log in complete the following steps:
    ​
    1. Confirm they are going to your school domain (schoolname.findyourgrind.com and NOT a 3rd party app like Clever.

  2. Empty your student's cache on the computer.
    ​

  3. If neither of these work, contact your Customer Success Manager or [email protected]
