Future Pro Teacher Dashboard

Future Pro dashboard, student progress tracking, challenge submissions, micro-credentials, and intervention tools for educators.

Monitor student progress, identify learners who need support, and track micro-credential completion, all in one place.

The Future Pro Teacher Dashboard provides a real-time view of student engagement and progress within your class. Instead of navigating through individual courses to understand how students are doing, you can now quickly see who's making progress, who may need intervention, and how your class is performing overall.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Open your Find Your Grind class.

  2. Select Future Pro from the class navigation.

  3. You'll automatically land on the Dashboard tab.

The Courses tab is still available if you'd like to browse available courses.

Understanding the Dashboard

Course Enrollment Breakdown

The enrollment chart shows how active enrollments are distributed across Future Pro courses.

Use this view to quickly understand:

  • Which courses are most popular

  • How students are distributed across pathways

Courses in Progress

The total number of active course enrollments across your class.

Courses Dropped

The total number of times a student has chosen to stop a course before finishing in, in favor of exploring a new course. Please note: There is nuance in this data. If a student starts a course, learns it's not for them - that's a good thing and we can celebrate they identified that before devoting the required time and effort to finish the course.

Average % Completion

The average progress percentage across all active course enrollments.

Micro-Credentials Earned

The total number of completed Future Pro courses that resulted in students earning a micro-credential.

Reviewing Student Progress

The student table provides a detailed view of every student in your class.

For each student, you'll see:

  • Student name

  • Current course enrollment

  • Course completion percentage

  • Last active date

  • Needs Attention status

Using the Needs Attention Filter

The Needs Attention filter helps you quickly identify students who may require support.

A student is flagged when either of the following conditions is met:

  • Inactivity

    • The student has not completed any Future Pro activity for more than 7 days.

  • Repeated Challenge Failures

    • The student has failed the same challenge twice in a row.

To focus only on students who need support:

  1. Select the Needs Attention filter.

  2. The table will update to show only flagged students.

  3. Select the X to return to the full student list.
